Cancellation policy
31+ days before
Your deposit can be transferred to another retreat within the next 12 months. No cash refund applies; the remaining balance is not yet due.
15–30 days before
The deposit is non-refundable. 30% of the remaining balance paid will be refunded.
0–14 days before
No refund applies. You may transfer your place to another participant at no extra cost.
Transport is not included. We recommend arranging travel insurance for your journey.
