The Essence

Luxury here is not loud — it is quiet, elemental and deeply human.

It lives in the sound of extra-virgin olive oil being poured, the texture of medieval stone warmed by the sun, the aroma of biodynamic wine and the taste of rice grown just a few kilometres away.

This is slow travel not as the absence of activity, but as full presence: touching, listening, tasting and inhabiting the Empordà with all your senses.

Your home is Mas Jofre, a restored Catalan farmhouse surrounded by fields, silence and Mediterranean light. Every room is a private suite, designed for rest, privacy and understated elegance.

The Experience

What's to Expect

A deeply curated immersion into the Empordà — one of the Mediterranean's most distinctive cultural and gastronomic landscapes.

Expect intimate encounters with the people who shape the territory: winemakers, artisans, chefs and artists who open their worlds exclusively for your group.

Expect slow luxury in its purest form: regenerative vineyards, medieval villages, botanical gastronomy, artisanal heritage, proximity-based cuisine and creative expression.

Expect experiences designed around the senses — tasting, touching, creating, walking and listening — with enough space between them to truly take them in.

Every day reveals another facet of the Empordà: its wines, landscapes, craftsmanship, cuisine and stories. A quiet, elegant journey where luxury is not something you see — it is something you feel.

Begin in Pals, one of the Empordà's most atmospheric medieval villages, where stone lanes and rice-field horizons reveal the region's cultural identity. The journey continues to Mas Geli, a family-run vineyard working with ecological and regenerative practices. Taste their Empordà wines among the vines, paired with proximity-based local produce, before returning to Mas Jofre for free time and an individual massage.
